PROJECT

Kraft Mechanical is proud to support the renovation of the pool and locker room facilities at Fridley Middle School, helping modernize key areas of the building while improving comfort, indoor air quality, and overall system performance.

The project includes the replacement of the existing dehumidification unit serving the pool area. Proper humidity control is essential in natatorium environments to protect the building, improve air quality, and create a comfortable space for students,
staff, and visitors. The new system will provide enhanced moisture control and energy-efficient operation for years to come.

In addition to the pool upgrades, Kraft Mechanical is updating HVAC equipment throughout the locker room areas to accommodate the new facility layout. These improvements will enhance ventilation, temperature control, airflow distribution, and occupant comfort while supporting the renovated spaces.

Working closely with InBYLT, Wendel, and Design Tree, the Kraft Mechanical team has coordinated the installation of the new mechanical systems while maintaining project schedules within an active school environment. Scheduled for completion in September 2026, the $1.3 million project highlights Kraft Mechanical’s expertise in delivering reliable HVAC solutions for educational facilities.
