Kraft Mechanical Celebrates the Launch of NAWIC Central Minnesota Chapter #404

The construction industry is built on strong partnerships, skilled professionals, and organizations that help move the industry forward. Kraft Mechanical was proud to celebrate one of those milestones as our own Andrea Wood attended the kickoff event for the newly formed National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) Central Minnesota Chapter #404 at Three Tees Golf & Social in Sartell, Minnesota.

Even more exciting, Andrea isn’t just a supporter of the organization—she is a founding member of the new chapter.

NAWIC has spent decades supporting women in the construction industry by creating opportunities for networking, professional development, leadership, education, and mentoring. The addition of a Central Minnesota chapter provides another valuable resource for construction professionals throughout the region to connect, collaborate, and strengthen the future workforce.

The kickoff event brought together industry professionals who share a passion for building relationships and creating opportunities for the next generation of construction leaders. It marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter for the Central Minnesota construction community.
