Kraft Mechanical Connects with Industry Professionals at the 2026 St. Paul BOMA Expo

Kraft Mechanical was pleased to participate in the 2026 St. Paul BOMA Tradeshow & Expo on September 22 at Town Square Tower in downtown St. Paul.

Representing Kraft Mechanical at the event were Mark McAlister and Garrett Jensen, Preventive Maintenance Representatives, who spent the afternoon connecting with building owners, property managers, building engineers and other commercial real estate professionals from throughout the St. Paul area.

The annual BOMA Expo brings together members of the commercial building community with service providers and industry partners to share ideas, explore building maintenance solutions and build stronger professional relationships.

For Kraft Mechanical, events like the St. Paul BOMA Expo provide an opportunity to hear directly from facility professionals about the challenges they face in maintaining comfortable, efficient and reliable building systems.

Supporting Reliable Building Performance

Preventive maintenance plays an important role in keeping HVAC and mechanical systems operating as efficiently and reliably as possible. Regular service can help identify potential issues before they become larger problems, support equipment performance and help facility teams better plan for maintenance needs.

Mark and Garrett enjoyed talking with attendees about Kraft Mechanical’s HVAC service and preventive maintenance capabilities and learning more about the needs of commercial properties throughout the area.

Kraft Mechanical appreciates the opportunity to be part of the Greater Saint Paul BOMA community and would like to thank everyone who stopped by the booth to connect with our team.

We also extend our thanks to Greater Saint Paul BOMA for hosting another valuable industry event.
