“I just wanted to reach out to tell you about my experience with Kraft Mechanical during a Sunday Morning leaking heating system.

I received a text message from the custodian at our church saying there was a leak in one of the radiators and steam was rushing out. It was 6:00 AM on a Sunday morning. Our Sunday worship was starting in 3 1/2 hours and we needed to address this steam leak.

I call the 24-hour emergency number and with 30 minutes, Doug has called to start sorting through the problem. Since the temperature outside was in the double digits below zero, there were other calls ahead of us, but he would get out there as soon as possible.

Within the hour, Doug was determining the problem and devising a plan so we could get the heat back on as soon as possible.

Doug went above and beyond to create a work around and even reached out to the technician who had been working on the boiler years before to determine the quickest way to get the boiler back on quickly and safely.

His great work got our boiler back up and running in just a few short hours on the coldest morning of the year.

If you have a problem, it is nice to know there are still people willing to go the extra mile to get things back running quickly!”

I had the opportunity to work with Kraft Mechanical on a full HVAC system renovation at one of my schools last summer. The project was seamless. The project manager was frequently visiting the job site, was extremely communicative and was dedicated to doing the work to exceed owner satisfaction. Their foremen for each trade were very competent, and the company provided sufficient manpower to meet the district’s tight schedule. It was truly a great experience I can honestly say that is hard to come by these days. I will welcome the opportunity to work with Kraft Mechanical on any of my future jobs within the district.

“I am reaching out to share how grateful we are for the service person you sent out to Sunrise Park Middle School in White Bear Lake on 5/16. Nick was not only able to get our cooling system working, but he was SO respectful and cooperative as there were many interruptions with kids and the normal business of middle school in the library.

We were especially impressed by his professionalism, his great communication about what he was doing and why, and teaching us even a little about the system to explain why things have maybe not worked so well in the past. “It was a pleasure working with your crew they are hands on and care about their work. Little things such as gas valve handles being top dead center, placing hands on a unit that’s being picked so you can feel if it’s stuck or hung versus breaking free, getting down on their knees to ensure nothing else is attached or being pulled up with units, also making changes to the plan when things don’t go the way you had planned like having wrong curb adapters sent to the job. Matt ,Scott and Steve were the three that I had most contact with and are all good at what they do even in adverse weather conditions they moved forward rather than gripe and complain.

No job is under them, and they contribute to the whole project it would be a pleasure to work with them again.”
