The event kicked off with a guided tour of Minneapolis City Hall. Attendees got a behind-the-scenes look at the historic building — exploring its design, operations, maintenance systems, and infrastructure. For professionals in the built-environment and mechanical services sectors, this kind of tour offers valuable real-world insight into facility operations large and complex facilities.

Networking at the New Year Social

Following the tour, guests gathered for a social hour at Michaud Cooley Erickson. The relaxed setting provided an excellent opportunity to connect with fellow industry professionals, exchange insights, and build new relationships heading into 2026.
