It’s Getting Hot in Here — and Kraft Mechanical Brought the Heat

Kraft Mechanical was thrilled to join industry partners and property managers at the 2025 VIP IREM Tradeshow on April 24 at the DoubleTree Bloomington. Themed “It’s Getting Hot in Here,” this year’s event lived up to its name, bringing together professionals from across the property management industry for an afternoon of networking, education, and a little friendly competition.

Kraft’s team had a strong presence on the tradeshow floor, showcasing our latest HVAC and mechanical solutions designed specifically for commercial and multifamily property needs. In addition to connecting with property managers and industry colleagues, attendees had the chance to enjoy cocktails, appetizers, and the opportunity to win one of three grand prize raffles—valued at $500, $300, and $200. We were honored to be part of an event that mixes business insights with a bit of fun.

The afternoon began with the “Fire Safety 101” education session, providing valuable takeaways on life safety and code compliance—key topics for property managers who prioritize tenant well-being and building performance.
